A new design in peristaltic filling pumps offered by Watson-Marlow Flexicon provides a complete range of sterile liquid filling systems to achieve a total solution for high accuracy precision peristaltic liquid filling and fast, efficient clean-up of sterile products.

The Multi Filling System elevates our liquid filling technology into a smooth, seamless process in which the sterile product comes into contact with only the FDA approved silicone tubing and filling nozzle. When the process is completed, the tubing can be easily cleaned, or treated as a disposable. This eliminates contamination and facilitates the clean-up validation process.

The Multi Filling System provides a cost efficient solution for handling small and medium sized batches. The range of precision for liquid filling systems spans from stand-alone-units to filling systems with up to 16 drives and filling needles controlled by a single master control . Filling volumes are from 0.1 ml to more than one liter.

Flexicon Multi Filling Systems can perform as a single laboratory unit, or can be integrated into fully automated peristaltic vial fillers from Flexicon or other manufacturers. In addition, a multi head trolley system permits the new sterile peristaltic liquid filling technology to be utilized as an upgrade retrofit application on existing filling lines.
